BLOOMER, William J., 85, of Hernando, Florida, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2022 at HCA Citrus Memorial Hospital.
He was born May 5, 1937 in Louisville, Kentucky and came to Hernando 45 years ago. He survived polio as a young child, owned his own business repairing shoes, and was Baptist by faith. He enjoyed fishing and camping, and above all else he loved his wife, Wanda and his sons, Lane and William.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Wanda June and his son, William. He is survived by his son, Lane Bloomer of Hernando, Florida; daughter-in-law, Dorene Bloomer of Hernando, Florida; his 98 years old sister, Audrey Harper of Louisville, Kentucky; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
