Beverly J. (Johnson) Reusch, 89, was born September 27, 1931 in Burlington, Iowa and married John Reusch on February 2, 1958 at First United Methodist Church in Burlington. Beverly was a loving and faithful wife caring for John who suffered from MS. They moved to Sarasota, Florida in 1963 for the warmer weather that helped John’s condition.

Beverly raised three marvelous sons and managed an apartment complex which they owned as well as real estate ventures until John passed away on April 2, 1996. After that Bev lived alone with visits from the boys and visits to Brooksville to help Marc at his bicycle shop.

In 2019 she finally moved to Brooksville to live at Marc’s home with care from Marc, Kyle and Kyle’s wife, and a family friend/part-time caretaker, Karen Zaenkert. Due to a weak heart, Beverly passed away peacefully at Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville on January 3, 2021 at 8:06am.

She is survived by her three sons and daughters-in-law, Kyle & Charlotte Reusch and Marc Reusch of Brooksville Florida, and Ryan & Ann Reusch of Bradenton Florida; and Beary Bear, Bev's favorite stuffed doll.
